Value Sourcing Advisors is founded by a team of procurement professionals who spent years inside leading Indian and global enterprises — leading sourcing teams, managing categories, and building procurement functions from the ground up.
We saw how hard it was for organisations in India to find truly specialist procurement talent, and how generalist recruiters consistently missed the mark. So we built an advisory dedicated entirely to procurement — with the depth of knowledge and the India-wide network to do it properly.
